This little gem is such a perfect place to make any outing extra special. Gabrielle is so much fun, knowledgeable, and able to personalize a flight of bubbles tailored to your pallate. The atmosphere is intimate yet lively, and the service is spot on. Thank you Gabrielle for a memorable “date night” with my hubby, and fun girl’s night with my BFF!

The manager, Gabrielle, is absolutely phenomenal. I don’t typically drink bubbly drinks so I asked for recommendations. She helped me out and actually ended up making me a drink she recently created. HIGHLY recommend going there! I’ll be returning soon!

The Bubble Bar is a great addition to Granbury! Chef Rose’s Sunday brunch menu is fantastic. The Wicked BLT with Eggs is a standout, and the Pebbles Pound Cake (French toast-style) is insanely good. Their specialty cocktails are creative and fit the vibe perfectly. Haven’t tried it yet, but you can also get massages. Great food, great drinks, and a fun atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome little place. Great drinks, awesome staff, super knowledgeable owner, and you can even get massages.. :P Every other Sunday they also have a popup brunch service. We had to come back and try out the food. Food was amazing! The casserole is like a thick frittata. So tasty. And the green salsa had absolutely little bit of spice, but a lot of flavor. Wife's avocado toast was very good and delicious.

Absolutely love this place!! The drink options are fun, creative and never disappoint! Definitely a hot spot for me and my coworker when we need to unwind at the end of the week. Staff is friendly and knowledgable :)

I booked my wife’s 40th birthday here! Everything was fabulous! From the booking to the event. My wife loved it and so did the guests. Afterwards your guests can explore the square or we ran down to grumps for a good burger and beer.

We moved from the Granbury area about 10 months ago and were visiting the square on a recent trip. We've always loved Granbury's charm and were excited to see another small business opened up. A pleasant surprise awaited us at the bubble bar. The wine list is diverse to appeal to anyone's taste, including non bubble drinkers. The small bites were on par with high end restaurants, in some cases better. Atmosphere: welcoming and engaging hosts made this experience truly exceptional. This is an absolute must while walking around the square.

Great place for girls' night or an afternoon drink. They have amazing cocktails, great drinks from bottle and the food they have is amazing. Everyone who works here is amazing and I love to see them participate in all of the local events. Been here before multiple times and will keep coming back! Try the Cherry Limeade Pop and Charcuterie board.
